LibreRouter is an open hardware router designed and built to satisfy the needs of community networks, focusing on the ones of the Global South.
Some years ago Altermundi.net confident of the successful experience with LibreMesh, together with other interested participants, motivated to overcome the limitations imposed by FCC and by commercial hardware vendors, started this adventure to conquer a piece more of autonomy and to foster community networks growth.
